I aim to show you a correlation on how learning new skills can enhance not only your life but the lives around you.

What I’m about to do is go against the structure of how you usually see adverts and general sales letters with what they teach you in marketing.

But hey, I don’t care I’m going to do it anyway.

I’m going to break it down into 3 steps and cut out the BS! So to speak.

What’s this all about? Before you start to ask, here’s the cost – $29.95 (I’ll delve deeper into the cost in a bit. But for now, I want to explain this…)

Yep. If you know anything about it or you don’t know anything about it. The point is you’re doing it every day of your life, and here’s why.

Let me break it down into two words;

If you went to a restaurant and really enjoyed your meal your more likely to recommend it to your friends and family, right?

We do this all the time when booking either a holiday, buying a product or booking a restaurant for the first time. You look for the reviews and if they have good ones you’re more likely to buy from them.

So unless you live in a cave and never go out speaking to people. Then when you see your family and friends, you’re more likely to exchange your experiences and offer your recommendations.

When you are an affiliate of a service or product than each time through your recommendations, a visitor or customer buys something. You will then receive a reward often in the form of money.

Marketing

Every time you turn on the TV or open your phone, you see adverts. In magazines, shop fronts, Youtube, and Facebook ads. Everything we buy has been marketed to us in some way or form.

Why do we buy? Because we think, feel, and want our purchase to make our lives easier or better. Think of our lovely celebrities – they wear something new it gets blasted on the social media platforms and in magazines. And then most of us go out and buy it.

Why? Because they feel and think it will make them feel good in the having of it.

Now just keep in mind the fishing analogy if you will as it will all make sense very soon.

Here goes… Step 3 – The cost

What you see before you are some shopping items I bought for the equivalent of $29.95

Take a look at the food and ask yourself how long do you think it would take you to eat and drink your way through this lot?

Well, it all depends on how hungry you are, of course!

Let’s just assume you don’t drink or smoke and therefore your shopping money is only for food.

What has this got to do with fishing?

Nothing and everything, and here’s why.

We’ve already discussed that depending on how hungry you are will depend on how long your food lasts.

So, if I gave you $29 to buy your food, how long do you think it would last, 1, 2 days maybe 3?

Now, if I was to teach you a bunch of skills that enabled you to ‘fish’ for yourself. (Let’s keep with the analogy for a bit longer.) Then, maybe you could make that $29 go for a little longer.

Do you agree?

Only by duplicating these skills and then repeating them over and over. Just like our fisherman would.

Of course, it all depends if he’s the type of fisherman who likes to stay in the same spot or moves with the tide catching even more fish.

There’s nothing wrong with that of course. It just means eventually you run out of fish.

‘I’m too old, too young.’

‘I don’t have enough money, I don’t have any money.’

‘I don’t have the time?’

We could go on, and I could give you an argument for every one of these ‘excuses.’ Because that is what they are, and they are often driven by fear.

The beloved ‘FEAR’ based thinking causing us to continue to live from the same emotional reactions led by the same emotion.

Which one, according to Tony Robbins, will have the power to use his knowledge to keep supporting himself and his family and maybe if he so chooses can show others to do the same. To then be rewarded internally, seeing others achieve success and living the lives they strive to live?

I mean who could actually live off a $29 monthly budget of food anyway? I couldn’t.

Maybe, if you ate just the crumbs from a huge baguette each day who knows?
